Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Our shift leaders carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; evaluating daily performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in the absence of a manager. All while maintaining high levels of guest service and an exceptional dining experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation, cooking, assembling, or packaging.
• Provide instructions, establish priorities, and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Assign duties and review work for quality and policy compliance.
• Reconcile daily receipts and record transactions.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the menu.
• Assist with serving orders and guest needs.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate performance issues to management.
• Create and enforce shift goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Food handler’s permit
• 3-6 months experience in a corporate restaurant
• Must be 18+ years old
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality improvement
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 10-50 pounds frequently
