Job summary

STS Construction Services is seeking a full-time Residential Bags on Supervisor to lead on-site construction activities in Seattle, WA. You will work with the Project Manager to oversee all project aspects, manage schedules, allocate resources, and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction.
• Experience as a bags on supervisor.
• Experience as a carpenter.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a construction project on site with the Project Manager.
• Manage the project schedule.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
