One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner in Seattle, WA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds with both in-person and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State licensed in Washington by start date at One Medical.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Engage with patients and families to deliver high-quality, human-centered care.
