Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience.
• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI licenses/certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dental care on a part-time basis in Seattle, WA.
• Operate within a collaborative team and in-house specialists as needed.
