Job summary

Unify Consulting seeks a Full Stack SWE Consultant to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and data solutions using React, Java, and AWS. In this role, you will build end‑to‑end systems that consolidate data from multiple sources to support critical business initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in React with hooks, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Hands-on Java backend development with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and unit testing.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (AWS CDK or CloudFormation).
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services and ETL processes in Java to ingest data from multiple systems.
• Lead full-stack development of user interfaces using React, delivering responsive experiences.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for secure data access across apps.
• Build scalable, serverless architectures using AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Implement IaC using AWS CDK and CloudFormation to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, performance improvements, and reliability enhancements.
