Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Aide to support patients in their Seattle-area homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe home environment, and reporting changes in patient status.

The role offers hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $27.00, eligibility for medical plans with telehealth, PTO, wellness rewards, and a range of employee benefits. Flexible and rewarding work in home-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certified CNA status per state requirements.
• CNA experience within the last two years or complete training if longer ago.
• Must successfully pass the care center competency program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtain temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
• Assist patient with bed mobility, bathing, hygiene and toileting.
• Prepare and provide meals or assist with meals.
• Perform light homemaking and environmental services.
• Observe, report and document changes in patient status.
• Recognize emergencies and follow appropriate procedures.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
