Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree required.
• Strong programming in .NET, React and Java.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Basic PL/SQL programming.
• Webserver management (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic).
• GIT/ADO version control.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call production support and resolve issues within SLA.
• Review job logs and performance metrics to identify trends.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement design changes via change management.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
• Resolve data issues from load delays or server downtimes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data processing workflows.
