One Medical seeks dedicated primary care physicians to join our Seattle offices, right after residency. You will deliver high-quality, tech-enabled primary care, build lasting patient relationships, and grow through a structured onboarding and ongoing learning program.

This full-time role emphasizes team-based care, daily huddles, and opportunities for in-office procedures. Applicants must be current Family/Internal Medicine residents or recently completed programs, be Board eligible, and hold a

Qualifications

• residency in Family or Internal Medicine (enrolled or completed within the last year)
• Board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resident or recent completion with next board exam in near term
• State license in Washington obtained before start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Care for patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
