Responsabilités

• Handle probate administration and related filings.
• Educate clients on estate planning.
• Advise on tax implications of gifting and estates.
• Explain estate tax mechanics and planning options.
• Model financial implications of proposed strategies.
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns.
• Draft standalone trusts (GRATs, SLATs, QPRTs).
• Research complex issues and communicate with clients.
