Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel associate for its Real Property practice group in Seattle, WA. This position focuses on supporting the construction and design practice, handling both transactional matters and litigation.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with construction contracts and litigation. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and the possibility for bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with construction and design contracts and related litigation in a mid-size or large law firm.
• Active bar admission in the relevant state.
• Strong client service orientation and responsiveness.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements.
• Advising clients on contract terms and risk allocation.
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects.

Skills

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Experience with construction transactions and litigation

Proficiency in working with AIA, AGC, and DBIA contract forms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
