Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel associate in Portland, Oregon, to join their Real Property practice group. The attorney will support construction and design practices, handling transactional matters and litigation for commercial and public contracts.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Juris Doctor degree, and active bar admission in Oregon. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including medical, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with construction and design contracts and related litigation.
• Active bar admission in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements.
• Advising clients on contract terms and risk allocation.
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects.
