Job summary

Eagle Crest Insurance Group seeks a Vice President, Co-Investment Management to lead the co-investment business and a team of professionals supporting investors seeking to deploy capital into opportunities across technology, private debt, and other private-market assets.

This senior leadership role involves sourcing, evaluating, investor relations, and shaping strategy for growth across geographies and verticals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technology, private equity, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with sophisticated investors.
• Strong understanding of technology investments and private markets.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, and develop opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development ability.
• Established LP/GP or family office relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with limited partners and other institutional investors globally.
• Identify, source, and evaluate co-investment opportunities across tech and private markets.
• Develop and present investment opportunities to investors and committees.
• Lead diligence efforts across commercial, legal, tax, and financial aspects.
• Shape strategy and growth of the co-investment business; expand geographies and offerings.
• Mentor the co-investment team and collaborate with the broader firm.
