Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble chairs and components following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to complete tasks.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality meets standards.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and contribute improvement ideas.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support fellow associates to ensure smooth workflow across the assembly line.
