You will assemble chairs and components according to work orders and blueprints, under the supervision of the Assembly Manager, contributing to efficient workflows and quality products. This role requires familiarity with hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to meet daily production targets while maintaining safe, clean workspaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble chairs and components following work orders, blueprints, and specs.
• Safely operate hand and power tools to complete tasks.
• Inspect components and finished products for quality; report issues to Assembly Manager.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep workspace clean and organized.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and contribute ideas.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth workflow across the line.
