UTZ Brands, Inc. is expanding its Kings Mountain, NC facility and seeks a Seasoning Machine Operator for a weekday day shift. You will operate seasoning equipment, monitor product quality, and support maintenance and sanitation to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery and using basic hand tools.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Ability to monitor equipment and production to meet quality standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust seasoning equipment to meet product specs.
• Monitor seasoning quality and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Handle allergens and follow safety protocols to prevent contamination.
• Follow safety rules and keep areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with production schedules and training new team members.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
