Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Utilize diagnostic tools and resources to accurately identify and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and new techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop
• Proven expertise with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications are highly preferred
