Job summary

Max Motors Dealerships seeks a skilled automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles using modern diagnostic tools. You will perform maintenance tasks, provide accurate timelines with service advisors, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has proven technician experience, ASE certification or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and knowledge of automotive software; hybrid/electric vehicle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• ASE certification or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Nice to have experience with hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive software and diagnostic systems.
• Additional certifications in transmission or engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tyre rotations, brake inspections.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide estimates and timelines for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
