Responsibilities

• Assist guests in making informed decisions based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Take accurate and complete orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted.
• Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and organized manner.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their meals.
• Address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions.
