Qualifications

• Must obtain ServSafe alcohol certification within 30 days of employment.
• Strong availability for daytime shifts on Sundays and Mondays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverages following the steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards; assist with guest requests.
• Know menu items and allergens; advise on pairings and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and staff; handle tickets and cash per policy.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and uphold sanitation standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and relay feedback to the supervisor.
• Ensure dining area is prepared before and after service and remains clean.
