Foist Painting in the northeast Indianapolis area is hiring an experienced residential painter. This role covers interior and exterior work, surface preparation, drywall touch-ups, and maintaining a clean, professional job site in customers' homes.

We value reliability, pride in quality, and the ability to work independently on site. A minimum of five years of painting experience and the ability to pass a background check are required. We offer steady work with a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (residential interior and/or exterior).
• Must wear painter's whites on all job sites, no exceptions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites, must be able to drive yourself (no drop-offs).
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time on site.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior residential painting.
• Surface preparation (patching, caulking, sanding, priming).
• Drywall repair and carpentry touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site.
• Represent Foist Painting professionally in customers' homes.
