Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency, quality, and speed.
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper food storage procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth service.
• Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations.
• Assist with prep work, line cooking, and end-of-day kitchen breakdown.
