Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of continuous, full-time service as a paid, licensed or certified peace officer.
• Must have authority to enforce laws, investigate crimes, make arrests, and respond to calls.
• No break in service exceeding three (3) years from prior agency to application.

Responsibilities

• Protect life and property by enforcing laws and ordinances.
• Answer calls and conduct investigations; render first aid and transport suspects.
• Keep records, prepare activity reports, and testify in court as needed.
