This role requires hands-on work outdoors and indoors, with a strong commitment to safety and a full-time schedule in the Phoenix area. You will install, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, read blueprints, and adhere to McCarthy safety guidelines while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HVAC technical training or apprenticeship completed, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technical license and EPA certification required; possess relevant HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagnose HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas.
• Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch, in varying environments.
• Lift 51–75 lbs occasionally and move objects safely as needed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Prepare documentation and communicate information effectively.
• Follow McCarthy Safety Guidelines and participate in THA reviews.
