Job summary

EMERY SAPP & SONS is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Concrete Laborer to support our outdoor concrete crew in Columbia Township, MO. The role focuses on formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, finishing, and general heavy civil tasks.

You should have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely in varied weather. 3+ years in construction is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required; basic math and measurement skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience (heavy civil highly preferred).
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete construction tasks including formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
