Responsibilities

• Maintain the property, including buildings and breezeways; keep areas free from trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect conditions.
• Pressure wash the buildings.
• Prepare market-ready units and clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.
