Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve sauteed, fried, grilled, steamed and baked items per recipes.
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders for all food served.
• Plan production to coordinate with meal serving hours while maintaining quality.
• Determine amount and type of food and supplies needed for daily menus.
• Maintain dependability and punctuality per Attendance Policy.
