Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills including rate, ratio, and percent."
• Ability to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.
• Problem solving and PPE usage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies.
• Acquires tools needed for daily operations.
• Measures distances and aligns forms and grade stakes.
• Signals equipment operators for alignment and movement.
• Levels earth to grade specifications and pours cement.
• Paves tasks: marking, grading, and asphalt/shoveling as required.
• Performs pipe work setup, grading with lasers, and backfilling duties.
