FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a seasoned Commercial Refrigeration Technician in Pocola, OK. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration systems, performing preventive maintenance, and mentoring junior technicians to uphold high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have an active EPA certification, OSHA 10, and 5+ years in commercial HVAC. A company vehicle/allowance and related benefits support field excellence and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in commercial refrigeration systems and controls.
• Perform maintenance and service on ice machines, coolers, and freezers.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to complete scheduled jobs and communicate with clients.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians on best practices.
