Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management and administration as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and continuity of treatment.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry and cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
