The Girl & The Fig is hiring an experienced Bartender to join our team in Sonoma. This role is ideal for individuals who have a background in restaurant bartending and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to house standards.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service at the bar and dining room.
• Assist guests with wine selection and food pairings.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Follow proper alcohol service guidelines and comply with ABC regulations.
• Enter orders and manage tabs using a POS system.
