Job summary

PeopleReady of Garfield Heights, OH is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, compliant bar area. The role requires 2+ years of bartender experience, HS diploma, and ServSafe Alcohol certification.

You will manage cash, assist guests, and help keep the bar and dining area running smoothly. Pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour with opportunities for additional shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of bartender experience.
• Must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification required.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service and maintain a safe environment by removing problem clients.
• Keep bar area clean according to company and health dept. guidelines.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Mix drinks per company standards to control costs.
• Develop efficient pace to satisfy bar and dining room customers.
