Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ohio is seeking a Bartender for Bistro and Catering with flexible PRN hours. Pay is $10.50-$12.30 per hour plus tips; experience preferred. Opportunities to pick up additional hours in housekeeping are available.

Role includes greeting guests, mixing drinks, handling cash, maintaining a clean work area, and working as part of a team to ensure quality service. Must be 21+ and able to stand long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience bartending.
• Excellent customer service skills including strong verbal communication, good manners and promptness.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle money with a POS.
• Must be 21+ and able to stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to ensure correct orders.
• Mix drinks based on serving sizes.
• Greet guests as they enter Bistro or Pub.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary per health standards.
• Operate drink equipment safely and properly.
• Stock and rotate products, complete prep for service.
• Work as a team to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
