Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years Bar/Restaurant Industry experience, 2 years solely bartending.
• Extensive craft beer knowledge.
• Solid spirit and wine profile knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to walk, stand and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a cigar friendly, smoking environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Promptly welcome and greet guests.
• Take beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner.
• Check identification of guests to verify age for purchase of alcohol.
• Engage with customers and anticipate needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverages and preparation methods.
• Stock bar areas with glassware and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge area.
• Report unsafe conditions to management and comply with safety rules.
• Cross-train and assist other team members as needed.
