Job summary

PopStroke LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver attentive guest service and consistently prepared drinks across LOTUS and OASIS venues.

You will combine confident cocktail technique with strong organization, support smooth service, manage guest tabs, and uphold responsible alcohol service standards. The four-day workweek runs Thu-Sun, 30-35 hours, with some late shifts and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or lounge.
• Confident cocktail technique, accurate measuring and knowledge of drinks.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Bar stock rotation and inventory procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, alcohol-free drinks and beverages following recipes and standards.
• Welcome guests, explain menus and suggest drinks based on preferences.
• Manage bar orders and service tickets for dining room and cabanas.
• Coordinate drink prep with servers and culinary team.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and proper waste recording.
