The role requires at least 2 years of experience, wine knowledge, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. It is hourly with tips, with days/nights/weekends and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar full-service restaurant.
• Wine knowledge is required.
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours continuously; lift up to 40 lbs alone, 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to bar guests according to SOPs.
• Have menu knowledge and make guest recommendations.
• Prep, stock, clean, and maintain bar to high level of organization.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; take drink orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and track beverage usage and sales.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Enhance guest experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with bar and restaurant staff for smooth operations.
