Qualifications

• Wine knowledge is required.
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
• Standing/walking up to 8 hours continuously; lift up to 40 lbs alone, 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary service to bar guests according to SOPs.
• Have menu knowledge and make guest recommendations.
• Prep, stock, clean, and maintain bar to high level of organization.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner; take drink orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and track beverage usage and sales.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Have adequate menu knowledge and make guest recommendations


• Prep, stock, clean, and maintain bar to a high level of level of organization and cleanliness


• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards


• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences


• Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of beverage usage and sales


• Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age


• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly


• Enhance guest experience to encourage repeat visits
