Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join the Mentoring Alliance Summer Camps staff team. Your primary role as a MASC Summer Staff will be leading a group of campers through their daily program, including Bible study, activities, meals, worship times and events.

This temporary, summer-only position offers the chance to impact lives and model Christ-centered service. You will report to the Summer Camps Director and must be at least 16, have HS diploma or GED, be able

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (HS diploma or GED preferred).
• Able to work Monday–Friday during summer months.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Be present and engaged with assigned campers.
• Be open and ready to share the Gospel when appropriate.
• Assist campers in practicing SEL techniques such as self-regulation and expressing feelings.
• Maintain control and order in cabins.
• Communicate behavioral problems with leadership.
• Observe and enforce safety measures to prevent abuse and bullying.
