The Role:

The Seasonal Yoga Attendant is responsible for leading group yoga sessions and supporting the wellness team's overall operations. This role combines direct guest instruction with behind-the-scenes preparation and coordination. The ideal candidate demonstrates a calm, professional demeanor and a passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and lead safe, engaging yoga sessions for guests of varying skill levels

Customize class flow and pacing to align with guest needs and resort wellness goals

Set up and break down yoga class spaces, including mats, towels, props, water, and signage

Greet and check in guests attending yoga classes with warmth and professionalism

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of yoga equipment and surrounding areas

Provide information to guests regarding class times, yoga styles, and other wellness offerings

Communicate guest needs, feedback, or concerns to the Wellness Manager promptly

Assist with wellness events or spa activities as needed
