See’s Candies is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to provide excellent customer service and drive sales in a busy retail environment in Arkansas. The role requires handling store operations, open/close duties as a Keyholder, and maintaining safety and visual standards.

Applicants should have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with a pay rate of $16.60 per hour.

• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
