You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with product and operational guidelines, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining visual merchandising standards and safety.

The role requires at least 3 years of retail management in a high-volume environment, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
• Physical ability to stock shelves, ring sales, stand or walk the entire shift, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

The pay rate for this position is $21.58 per hour.
