Job summary

InterChange Group Inc in Virginia, Minnesota, is hiring for a position primarily responsible for a variety of tasks on the factory floor, including receiving, shipping, sanding, and cabinet assembly. This full-time role requires you to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

The ideal candidate must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs frequently and should possess basic math skills and experience with hand tools. A pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical examination are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stock inbound materials and components.
• Select, process, and package outbound customer orders.
• Perform sanding, machining, and assembling of cabinets.

Job description

This position is primarily responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the factory floor including Receiving, Shipping, Sanding, and Cabinet Assembly.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives, unpacks, relocates and stocks inbound materials and components, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials.
• Selects, processes and packages components and products for outbound customer orders, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all orders.
• Performs sanding, machining, and assembling of cabinets to established quality and production standards, including the building of specialty cabinets and the installation of accessory items as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability and willingness to work safely at all times.
• Must be able to lift and/or move upwards of 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Must be able to use a tape measure and perform basic math. Experience with hand tools is a Plus.
• Ability to take on new tasks and rotate through a variety of positions and/or locations as needed.
• Ability to communicate and perform tasks as directed.
• Displays courtesy and respect for team members at all times.
