Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but often not required.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions (pick lists, packing slips).
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks.

Responsibilities

• Pack and palletize products; prepare pallets and packaging.
• Use scanners to identify and pull inventory from flow bins.
• Build customer-facing products from multiple SKUs; ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing products before labeling and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow safety protocols.
• Contribute to improvement projects and support client-specific services.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time delivery and reliability.
