Twin Liquors LP is seeking a customer-focused associate to enhance the in-store experience. You will help customers, manage product displays, and assist with daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS transactions, ID checks, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws. Availability during peak holiday periods is required to support the team and store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service per laws, verify IDs.
• Assist store operations: cleanliness, product displays, signage, safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service with product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and trends.
• Set and achieve high retail execution standards.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders about operations.
• Operate POS, handle payments, balance end of shift.
• Respond to customer needs and questions promptly.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and cash handling.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned.
