Total Wine & More in Fremont, CA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will stock and merchandize, assist with curbside and delivery orders, greet shoppers, and learn wine, spirits, and beer categories through training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, with 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
