Job summary

Total Wine & More in Los Angeles is seeking Store Merchandisers to maximize product inventory, greet customers, and support online orders, including curbside pickup and delivery when assigned. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to store management.

You will train in wine, spirits and beer, maintain knowledge of promotions, ensure safety, and help with displays, signage, and stock. This role offers PTO, health plans, 401(k) and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise and maintain displays.
• Greet customers, build relationships, inform about products and services.
• Support online operations, fulfill orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned.
• Ensure store safety, compliance with alcohol sale laws, and participate in trainings.
