Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser in Carmel, IN for a Seasonal role. You will maximize inventory, assist with online orders, and support curbside pick-up and deliveries where required. You’ll engage customers, build relationships, and learn wine, spirits, and beer products. Training and benefits are provided; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

You may be assigned front-end or other duties as needed, with focus on merchandising and customer service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including freight processing and stocking.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to improve product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is required.
