Cavender’s Seasonal Sales Associate position in College Station, TX, requires delivering Best of the WEST customer service by building relationships and helping customers find products that meet their needs. You will maintain product knowledge, use effective selling techniques, and support daily store operations and policies.

You will greet customers, identify needs, and provide knowledgeable, personalized service while helping maintain a clean, organized sales floor and supporting merchandising

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them throughout their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products with knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Use selling techniques to maximize sales while keeping a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western/workwear trends.
• Assist with product selection, special orders, and locating items in the store.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked and located per company standards.
• Adhere to store safety and security measures and report concerns promptly.
• Report to work on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and assist with merchandising updates and price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
