Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in a guest-first environment in Cincinnati. You will deliver exceptional experiences, provide product knowledge, and connect with guests to drive sales and loyalty.

This part-time, seasonal position supports peak periods, with opportunities to contribute to a high-performing team and learn about the Retail, Yoga, and Café facets of the business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of client-centric sales experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results collaboratively.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles and brand.
• Ability to move constantly within the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Influence store success by supporting leadership and aligning with company goals.
• Lead Flow initiatives to drive sales, optimize productivity, and enhance efficiency.
• Engage with guests to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to plan actions and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure floor coverage through staffing and selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate guests on product launches, initiatives, and the ALO brand.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model through personal experience.
