Larimer County Department of Health and Environment is seeking a Water and Energy Crew Leader to support the Water and Energy program, supervise six crew members, organize inventory, and manage permit workflows. This seasonal role runs January–May, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm and occasional weekend events.

Prior conservation corps experience is preferred. Employees will be exposed to field and office duties, with opportunities to lead trainings and coordinate outreach

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for the Water and Energy program.
• Supervise six crew members.
• Organize inventory of water and energy saving products.
• Manage permit application workflow.
• Schedule assessments and respond to inquiries from program participants.
• Attend tabling events and perform outreach to community members.
• Assist Program Coordinator with training six crew members to perform basic home efficiency assessments.
• Assist Program Coordinator with leading morning meetings and end of day debriefs.
