Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Comfortable with basic math and counting for record-keeping.
• Willing to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all GAP/FSMA guidelines and procedures.
• Wash, prep, weigh, and pack produce following SOPs.
• Maintain cooler organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with harvests and weeding during peak season.
